Battle Not Loading

Problem: Hello, when loading into Classic battle after character selection, the game kept disconnecting when all players connection reached 25%. This automatically restarted the loading screen and repeated around 5 times.

Workaround: I closed the app and was able to successfully load up the game that was still in progress.


This caused me to lose 5 Credit Score and the rest of my Grock 1 day hero trial.
Could I please have 5 Credit Score back and another Grock 1-Day Trial Card?

Hello ZavierGarcia,

The reconnecting issues and lag doesn’t compensate for what you lost unfortunately, is your Internet Service Provider good? Does it work well for you? If this was the case and it happens again, try contacting Customer Service so that they could fix this issue. CS might reply back in 2-5 working days.
