Remake of portal concept
Background:Rooney is an expert engineer and can rebuild any damaged sturcture.One his most notable inventions ever would be the space time portal.Being Saber's good friend,he helped Saber,Alpha and Beta escape from evil from another dimension using his unpredictable portals that he can create.However,Beta was not fast enough to escape and got executed,only leaving his arm.Not willing to give up,he spent years trying to search for Beta's consiousness that was lost in the void.He was successful,after he linked the passsageway of dimensions and found his consiousness in a ghost in another realm.Retrieving Beta back,he rebuilt his cosciousness into the plane,saving his friend's life.
Role:Support
Passive:Friendly portal
Allies or himself who walk through portals will gain a movement speed buff of 40% for 2s and immune to debuff for 0.5s.
Skill 1:Portal technetian
Mana:70
Cd:12s
Places a portal on where he is standing,knocking back enemiesA maximum of 2 portals can be active on battlefield.The portals can be seen by allies but not enemies on map.Each portal has 500 hp.The portal also has a small range to scout enemies nearby.(grows with level)
If there are already 2 portals on field,skill 1 changes, into:
Mana:30
No cooldown
Collects a portal,healing the hero and surrounding allies 50pts of health.
Skill 2:Mechanical Expert
Mana:100
Cd:12s.
Creates a shield on a specific ally hero,minion,turret or portal,giving it a damage absorbing shield that can absorb 300pts of dmg.(Grows with level.)Does not wear off over time but the shield cannot stack over one another.
Skill 3:Connection
Mana:120
Cd:30s
Links 2 portals together.Allies can walk through the portals within 2 points on the battlefield.Link will break if the portal is destroyed.If a portal is destroyed,cd will reduce by half.(enemies cannot walk through portals)
If there are less than 2 portals on field,skill will change.
Shoots a giant cogwheel in a wave formation travelling straight,dealing 400 pts of physical dmg to all enemies hit and knocking them backwards.This skill will also slow enemies by 60% for 2s.
What do you think?Is it too overpowered???
SORRY I CANNOT LOAD IMAGES PLEASE TEACH ME HOW!His appearance would be a fat dwarf with steampunk clothes and a massive blowgun.He has rather fanciful mustache.
