Crashed while accepting rank match

Hi,so today i was matching up for ranked and when i found the match i accepted it instantly so did everyone else(it only took half a second for everyone to accept) but it took me back to the ranked room i created and it didn't let me leave the room or restart the queue..the game was frozen.I had to restart my game for it to work properly.I feel like the cause of this problem was how fast all 10 people accepted the game(It was instantaneous,not even exaggerating)

Hi,this was the first time it happened to me,usually when everyone accepts the game this fast it goes right into draft pick but it only lags a little bit never crashed before.I will try to record while matching and send you a clip if it happens again.Thanks for replying

Things like this are very difficult to solve.
Because it happens on inconsistent occasion, and its the first time.

I encountered someone who got the same problem but managed to reconnect to the game in time to pick his hero

after ibrestarted my game, then i enter the match it says that i refuses too many game or exited too early from hero swlection. then i must wait for 4-5 minutes for punishment before can entering a new match.
