[Issue] Can't Enter and Reenter The Battlefield

I know it should be in bug reports category, but I can't post an issue to that category. So, I post it here. Sorry about it.


TLDR;
Recently I got an issue, that made my and my squad's reputation down. I played ranked, and teamed up with my 2 friends. Firstly my partner invited me and I accepted it. I joined to the room and it was fine. Then he clicked the start button, the "Enter" screen appeared to my screen, but I couldn't click it, but after all players commited to enter the game, the hero selection screen then appeared (I currently on Grand Master tier, so the screen is not draft pick screen). So I thought it was fine. Then I picked my beloved hero, Natalia, but she didn't appear on the Hero display (in the middle). I thought my device didn't response my touch, so I picked another hero Ruby, but same, no hero displayed. I told my friends that I couldn't pick hero, but my friends told me that I have already picked Ruby. And another stranges is, in hero selection that shows the selected heroes by another player is still blank, seems no one picked any hero. Then my friends told me that 2 another random player already picked hero. So I thought it was fine. After hero selection part timed out, all of my friends complained to me why I changed it to Layla. WTF? I didn't (and never) change my Ruby to another hero, I'm really sure! But it automatically changed to Layla. Then battlefield loading screen appeared and all participants loading ran as usual, normal. After all player's loading reached to 100%, my screen changed to main menu suddenly instead of the battlefield. It was strange. I told my friend that my screen is showing the main menu instead of the battlefield. Yes, I knew what I must do, I closed the game, and entered the game again. But still the same, it only showed the main menu. I tried click ranked button, hoping I can join the game to give some contribution, but it gave me a new match So the previous game (issued game) still run without me until it ended. The random players blamed me and my squad coz he didn't know the reason, and my credit decreased because of this issue. What's wrong? Is it bug? Is there anyone who faced the same issue? The Battle ID is 238724720590427456. And my device is Xiaomi Redmi Note 4 with 3GB RAM. I don't think it was the RAM issue coz I didn't run any applications.

That is very sad. I don't think moderators can do something about it however it happened to me as well. I think if customer service gets enough reports they will notice us and finally do something about it.
