Why isn't Layla's range fix yet? She can solo (no minions or heroes) and destroy a turret without getting hit by it.

What are you talking about, that's Layla's unique passive.
At level 12, Ultimate level 3, her range increases that allows her to hit turrets out of their range.

No, because she deals smaller damage when she's hitting towers without minions.

That's not being unbalanced it's called passive skill bro besides no one use layla on mythic tier
