Well, there are always sime exceptions ^^
I meant if you know how to play Fanny, but not perfectly, you can still win some games.
Of course if you don't, you will oose. You need to learn a lot before winning.

Finally nerf for Fanny
Fanny was so overpower that my entire game almost had fanny on both team. It changed from 5 vs 5 to Fanny vs Fanny

He can spam skill like crazy without delay to the point he slay me and 2 of my team alone at gold crab on just lvl 2 / second wave of creeps

He also don't need shoes so he can use that slot as extra damage items thanks to his mobility

His mobility makes him hard to catch and also hard to run away from him

He also harder to kill later on since most fanny player make bloody axe. Basically he can tank using lifesteal by spamming skill nonstop

Relax fanny user, dont make this nerf makes fanny hater happy, there's a way to play fanny now, just rebuild the items and strategy, nobody can stop her
