Is Ranked broken?

I think ranked could use a better algorithm. I've seen suggestions for a "Solo Que vs. Team Que" option and I believe that would help a lot.
Even beyond that I have a few suggestions:
- Access to ranked should be at a higher level (15-20)
- Match making will never set you up with teen mates 2 tanks below you.
- Algorithms will take into account recent win/loss ratio and pair you up in balanced teams.
- 24hr AFK suspension for those who have been reported multiple times.
- Any player who gets a rating of 7.5 or higher doesn't lose rank in defeat 3 times a day.
- Top play a new character in Ranked you must pay 10 games in Classic before. To encourage players to know characters before they play in a game mode that many take seriously.

I felt a need to wire this after losing 16 ranked games in a row due to players kill chasing, feeding and not pushing obj. While I've come out as MVP in almost every match.
I feel that I can't play Ranked unless I have a squad with me, and that shouldn't be the case. Some people like to fly solo. And if I'm not playing Ranked the game feels like a waste of time and money.

I'll wait until this is fixed before buying anything or playing ranked.

I don't think it is broken, maybe their is some work going on and like you said i am to avoiding pruchasing or playing anything on ranked. I am just now focusing on my essay champ service but boy i do miss playing time on ranked a lot, i hope everything gets fixed ASAP.

I played this game for last 6 months ago and it was really the worst experience for me because I loosed seven times in a day. I played with my team. Share some guidance for playing this game.

for me still ok~ i think the now the RANK system is better than b4. fro sure every matchs will give u 1-2 n00b players (if tat match has 4 PRO players, mean tat n00b is me). jz need know how to bring up team fight will ok. i also has group wif my frens play together, if we 5 frens, also has 1 or 2 is not very PRO, coz they only know play 2-3 heroes LOL...
improtant is dont play at dinner time, why? coz all is kid's time XD. where has PRO playing on tat time (mayb)
