Looking for EN-speaking players/squad/party

So, looking for someone to play with and hopefully rank up.
\\\At first cutting off what i don't want to mess with:
1) Low ranks
2) Toxic players
3) I-am-the-best-f**k-the-rest type of guys
4) Everyone without microphone
5) Baaaaad English speakers. (Accent is completely fine)

\\\Now about me:
I'm 19 and i have huge (over 8 years) experience of MOBA games, mostly Dota 1/2 and LoL, so that's I think that was a key to my quick success in MLBB. Learning fast and not a re***d.
I'm climbing up pretty fast as I think, only slowed down by bad teammates sometimes. Every 3rd (or so) game ends up with an MVP for me and i played only like 20 games in non-ranked mode, other all ranked.
I know where i need to be on the map and what to do whatever hero I'm playing. I'm maining Karina cause she is a deadly weapon in right hands, so that's a perfect hero to win games by myself.

\\\And finally, who i want to find:
I want to find people/squad/clan/party, who knows how to play this game and won't be a anchor.
Rank: Epic/Legend, legends mainly.
Age: i don't care of you are 40 or 14, just be a good person and player
Communication: it's fine if we just talk in voice chat, but if you can use Discord/Skype/TS3 while playing - that would be great.
