Can´t sign up.

I can´t create moonton account. I insert email and password and accepted the terms,  and when I click the submit button it´s always showing the loading sign please help.

i got the same problem stuck at creating an account its just keeps loading WTF

Malaysia/Asia hope you can fix the problem, guide and replying me as soon as possible..i already fill up the Moonton registration detail but when i click submit, it just loading and keep loading..Thanks for your assistance
