when I play rankings with my friend I can not choose hero and I wait for the game started and I automatically choose franco (tank) but I do not care because I am used to using all heroes, and while waiting for loading the battle field loasing is not running and I really regret this because I play ranked, I got punished because AFK?

Please try contacting customer service for support about this.

As for me, try reinstalling/clearing the cache of the game, then try finishing on downloading the resources first.
