Hero idea, Eagle: Moonlight spirit

Background: n/a (somehow it is related to Miya since i got this hero idea from Miya's background)

Basic attck: Ranged

Passive: Soar -after 10 yards of movement  eagles will soar, melee attack dmg reduces 13%
Range attacks reduces 10%, Crit dmg less 8%
Airborne has no effect.

1st skill: Comet dive & crash (7 sec cooldown)
-eagle strikes to the ground deals (250 magic dmg) slows enemy for 3sec eagle will be on ground state 2nd casting dashes to a specified location removing stun effects and deals (100 magic dmg)  along the way.

2nd skill: Valor (9 sec cooldown) eagle screeches if passive is active eagle gives 20% mana within 5sec and 510 - 1050 shield for 4 sec for all the allies in the map except him, if in ground state gives 35% mana regen in 5sec 7% magic and physical increase 25% cooldown reduct in 5sec  for himself (cooldown effect exclude to him)  and ally within a wide range.

Ultimate: Majestic (35sec cooldown) changes appearance increasing eagle's magic dmg,  movement speed and ability effects for 10% slowly fades for 9sec
