Im playing ranked. In the hero selection my account error, when i restart im in the main menu. I phone one of my friend, and he said im afk. With all the new heroes i thought there is no severe bug like this. I want full compensation and no star reduction. Love you and your incompetence, moonton.

And what would you do? Oh honey there is a ton of peoplw experiencing these bugs and i hope you do something more than giving explanations. Give us no star reduction and compensation because of devs stupidity everyone time is wasted.

Be calm and patient. They are doing their best to address bugs like this. But for now, in order to help them, contact customer support as they'll be able to help you out. Who knows? They might give you compensations.

Same problem with me.. I accept to play at ranked game and while loading screen suddenly kick me out to main menu... I restart game and still not reconnecting game.. Then i been punish afk and loss star.. Wtf? My internet connection is not a problem..
