Report error publishing message

It said "Sharing Failure, try again later" although sharing on Facebook was completed. I tried again many time and many other ways but no success. Because of that, I cannot complete event "New hero task" or any else about Sharing on Facebook. Moreover, I reported this bug and send to you but no one replied. I am very disappointed about you.

Pls try force stop your fb app or update game to latest version. If the problem still persists, PM me your details (ID,server,gme version...) So that i can help you fix asap. Thanks.

I has tried by many ways: uninstall and re-install app facebook + Mobile legends; reset my phone, update newest version game, facebook and android,... But no way success. My ID: 80419469, server: (3092), game version: 1.2.24.212.2 ( It is updated today)
Today, I also know that have many people get bug like me.
I hope I can receive your reply soon.

Right now there is 6 hrs left for the Halloween Quest and 6 days left for the redeem. Are there other ways to get pumpkins? I need two more pumkins for cyclops. I worked hard every day to get 8 Pumpkins each day cause I got no Halloween skins for two extra Pumpkins.
