Hello, Devilhunter, sorry for the inconvenience you are experiencing. Always make sure that you have a stable connection not just a good connection when playing MLBB. Also, make sure that no one is connected with the WiFi as this might affect your connection to the game. If you still experience this problem, it would be best that you let this issue be addressed by the customer service in-game.
