You should translate this post in English so other forumer will be able to help you because some forumer don't speak your language.
Is this 1st time happened to him? Did he bind his account before switching to other account? Because if yes it will work normally. Or maybe misclick and he unbind it. Ask him.
However tell him to contact our CS in-game so he can retrieve his lost account, also he need to know his account's ID/Server, etc..
Regarding your concern, that simply means that the account that your friend trying to switch has no ML Account bound with. Try to ask her to remember what account she/he used when binding the account. It might be a different email. Thanks!
My friend see this... her account bind other fb account .. its completely hack right ? now how can i retrieve her account .. what information needed ?
