[Crashing] Game won’t load

So I was in the middle of a rank game and after getting first blood everything freezes. Screen says reconnecting and after waiting for it I decide to restart the app. The screen is stuck and I’ve been waiting for it to load for almost 10 minutes now. I’ve tried turning off my devoce, connecting to another wifi network but still, nothing. I better not get a warning for being afk because of this incident!

Same problem for a friend of mine! I’ve tried waiting for it to load for more than 10 minutes but it’s been stuck in that part. ML seriously better not blame this afk on me! Any idea how to resolve this?

Hi aneira,
Its unfortunate that the game freezes in the middle of a rank match. Is it still happening? I suggest you to clear game cache, and then game data and try again. Also check your internet connection,unstable network may also cause it. Also you can report bug in in-game Customer service,in the 'bug report' section. Thanks for your concern. Best regards,

Seimz, no problems on my end as I mentioned in the initial post.

WtripleO, as long as we do not get punished for this afk and you resolve this, it should be fine.

So it’s a server issue but because of it I get this in my mail? A bit unfair don’t you think?

Hello Aneira!
I do apologize for what happened but well these are unforseen circumstances that can't be avoided. We will also be sending out compensation for the server issue.

On the side note most players who were in-game would most likely got this(even I did) so you're not alone there. This is also simply because we have stricten the AFK system due to the previous issues before.  In any case I hope you have better games and that you have a nice day!
