Harley is pretty balanced. He's really weak in team fights. Kind of like Hayabusa.

The developers just want the cheapest heroes would be useless. Just think: tigreal was awesome, now nerfed until dead. Same with saber, now cyclops is getting nerf. The best heroes are the most expensive one. Notice the cheap heroes don't get buff

i dont honestly think cyclops nor kagura should be nerfed. both can easily be countered.

Nerf just makes ml boring. I would say devs doesn't have to nerve any hero. All hav their own weakness

Everyone just wants to nerf our precious kagura T_T  , nobody cared for her before her buff  and now everyone is like "KAGURAA BAN HERR!" and you see ppl with like 30-40 matches with kagura calling themselves pro kagura users... gg developers.

They shouldn't rework her ulti. Her old ulti perfectly fine. That stupid move by dev. Then they nerf her for sure bcos they always listen to stupid nerf thread.


Things I like abt AOV is they will not nerf hero, they let player learns how to counter no matter how strong the hero. And they got BATMAN! as hero! How cool is that?!!!!
