For me they are already fine, dont need to nerf. Just learn to counter them.

This again...   Like i said kag is already like that since DAY ONE...   and she's an OLD HERO....  many people starting to notice her since that cherry witch skin come WITH that F*kn rework on ulti....    If u guys (Who just realize Kag is pretty good) want to nerf Kag...  Just ask for her Ulti to be reverted...   Kag Main is happy..  YOU Happy...  EVERYONE is happy... CASE CLOSED

Cyclops is fine.  PRESENT Kagura is overpowered even with an average user who knows the basic mechanics regarding her kit. why? HER MOBILITY AND SKILL SPAMMABILITY PARALLELS WITH HER DAMAGE. She can honestly 2 or 3-shot any squishy hero effortlessly at late game without worrying of retaliation all in all while happily roaming around the map.
