it's because tigreal is a free hero, like saber! .. I'm not even that surprised. devs screwing up is pretty common now, unnecessary nerfs here and there.

Tigreal nerf I am salty about the jungle rebalance, it will be much harder for Cyclops and Harley to Jungle now that all creeps have magic resistance.

Am I the only one who thinks it's not a cyclops nerf? It is only an adjustment on the rhythm of the attack not the reduction of the damage itself. Anyone with the same thoughts?
