Please help us to give fair solution for THE AFK PROBLEM

Look, if you give the most hardest and strongest punsihment to all AFK gamers, it is actually not fair. What if you got AFK because someone called you for almost 15 minutes or more? What if an accident happened? What if an emergency just occured? Thats not fair. The best one is the game with afk players should be not counted and should be REMACTHED as soon as possible. I know there is many ways to make a game match again. This is my idea:

Sorry for the incomplete comment. This is my idea, what if you send a mail to the players of the current game and send them your teammates, enemy temmates in game name. Then, there should be another gamemode called, REMATCH and there should be the current team allies and your enemies as well. Now, when there is another AFK on the REMATCH mode, he should be punished normally not strongly because the player has put a lot of efforts to reach his rank or to his teammates for a while thn punish him badly? Nah. It would be better if the game was like that.

Or.... You can not count the game full of AFK's. No star lose and no star gains. You will get matched up again but with other players. The player will be given for 8 hours to not lose a star in ranked game but if he/she fails this, lose 5 stars to the afk player and -10 credit score if.... Defeat. But if won, -2 stars and -3 credit score only.

1 & 2 It's hard to play with less players on the team. Make this a balanced and fair game

You never feel the "ping spike" in good conection also ,if they AFK for a reason (emergency,app crash and etc). THERE MANY OTHERS THINGS MORE IMPORTANT THAN YOUR STARS .

I thought that now, for masters and above... if you get gold/mvp medal in the team with afk, you will be exempted from star deduction?

What if there afk during mid game or late game? This usually happened in my rank matches.

It's true. Many AFK in the middle of the game. And unluckily, there's no fast button to HALT the game instantly at that time.

I heard that in Epic rank there's a 3 minutes early surrender if a teammate is afk during the star ...

The fast button shall be available not just for EPIC rank, but for all LEVEL.
I am still at ELITE level, so far there's no fast button to surrender.
I think the game programmer must fix this problem ASAP.

That's a good idea.
Unluckily, there's no rematched and you'll lost the star and rank.
So, i think the game programmer must fix this problem and add feature: REMATCHING GAME ASAP.
