Game Frezing and then Crash

the game frezing when i play in rank.. 2 times on 2 games... cant touch anything.. i now i being reported AFK... cause disconecting to long..so easy to get afk in here right now... my credit score gone 7 cause ur game frezzziinggg..and i cant touch anything..my phone get error . must restarting... not my fault, not my bad signal...i got punishment AFK and others players report me to.. below in 5 minutes "AFK BEHAVIOUR MAILBOX". SOO EASY???. give me back my credit score...

Hi ataaa,Are you sure you have a stable connection, and which device are you using to play?
Pls try these steps
1. Using wifi <this is the best way to get good connection
2. Clear cache n Delete useless file or apps
3. Stop all apps before playing the game
4. when u are in a team, let the lowest ping member become the host
5. Play the game when u have enough battery.
6. Change in game graphic into low or medium

If u still feel so laggy n freeze, u can try to contact our CS in-game
After that, our Customer service staff will contact u soon. Note that it takes 3-9 days to get reply

and if the problem is from server, i recommend to play brawl mode first before playing Ranked / MU mode.. so, we can know if the server is down or no..

4. It means when you form a team, let the player with best connection invite others and host.
If it is due to server error, the developers will fix it asap. Contact CS in-game if it still lags. Also,  playing with players from other Server may cause lag. Try using VPN.

About two months ago there was minimal lag, then they decided to "fix something" on the server & stated that there might be some issues.  That was two months ago, if anything it is getting worse & worse.  I lag especially when I get into combat, not always, but a LOT.  I have Verizion FIOS, use a NOTE8, it's terrible.  I can't understand why they just can't upgrade their server to accommodate all the players that want to play.  Fix the lag issues, PLEASE!

its imposibble when you play alone, chose match making in the rank battle. never others players aks whos can be host server...logicly i think like that.
