When in the menu (such as room,matchmaking,hero select,and loading to game)
Sometimes it back to lockscreen unfortunately
Its Commonly happen
Does anyone had it too?

Hello ThaJiRie,

Have you tried basic troubleshooting? If not, follow this steps:
If you are an Android User:

Clear Game Cache > Uninstall > Reinstall

If you are an iOS User:

Hard Reset your Device > Uninstall > Reinstall

Sorry to hear about that, are you experiencing this problem just on ML app? Or same with other apps on your phone? This is the first time I've heard about this kind of issue wherein the your device might be having some issue here. If not, try to clear data of ML App then reinstall the game. Try 1 game, if still doesn't solve the problem, try contacting our in-game customer service for advanced troubleshooting. Thanks!

you not alone it happened to me to but I only crash every 2 match I played so what I do is after first match ended I close the app and open again so I can play the next match without crash
