Have you used good english when reporting it.
before making a report, make sure your data is complete
Id, name, server, screenshot, account creation time, top up proof, etc.
this facilitates our CS in handling the problem.
Our CS works 7 Days a week but there is a work schedule, try sending a message in GMT + 7/8 working hours

The current update keeps on looping and doesn't allow me to go forward. It keeps displaying the message "Update complete, please restart the game" but it doesn't move forward from there... please assist
