Dear mobile legends the season has end but i did not receive the estes skin when collect the reward it says the it is a strail card so i wne to custom mode to double check but the skin cannot acess so i wonder why isit because i do not own the hero? Pls reply to me asap

Why my mobile legend always crashes, i tried uninstalling it but still the same. All mode of the game classic, rank and etc. I cant play it always crashes when i click 'start game'.  Which deducted a -1 points to my credits. Pls help me. I have created a new account on a different cellphone and it can play. So the problem is not the connection perhaps there is a problem that i dont know. Pls help me.. HuhU
