Hello,

Have you used good english when reporting it.
before making a report, make sure your data is complete
Id, name, server, screenshot, account creation time, top up proof, etc.

this facilitates our CS in handling the problem.
Our CS works 7 Days a week but there is a work schedule, try sending a message in GMT + 7/8 working hours

dear support team.. its been almost a week im waiting send email but no one is helping me out.. i need to retrive my account inchnage my phone to iphone 7 plus to iphone x. can someone do action of it i have all the proof i already fil up the form no one is answering pls i spend almost 200€ for that account..

good day mobile legend ..i have some problem playing mobile legend ..everytime i try to play ..it wont start  .. but my connection is strong .. and it says that if problem persist contact costumer service ..thats why i am contacting you ..please help my issue ..thanks in advance ..

The current update keeps on looping and doesn't allow me to go forward. It keeps displaying the message "Update complete, please restart the game"  but it doesn't move forward from there... please assist

Um hello i play mobile legends and the black screen appears then it crash then my credit score gets low how to fix that? Now i cant play in ranked
