I'm sorry to hear that one of your account in MLBB got hacked or being used by another unknown player if you would like further help you should messaging MLBB community or try messaging them in their gmail hope this helps because we aren't always capable of fixing this but we can do is remind our customer service for what to do of these things happen hope you understand but I'll try to ask them for you.So we would know how we can restore your account.Have good day and Merry Xmas.

days ago I bought the Twilight Pass confusing me with the Season Pass, then I made the refund to buy the item right and when I made the refund I was informed that what I bought would be canceled so I confirmed .. The next day I signed in and I I came across a message saying that this account has this diamond label and with the ice cream claiming that I made a diamond error. I did not make any bugs I just got confused by the fact that the two items have the word Pass

I was punished for feedling but I played normally and my team did not help at all! you should investigate before applying the punishments, I await the removal of this punishment or else I will want to recover the amount paid within the game and uninstall the game! ID: 33628453

Dear support,

Kindly find in attachment a screenshot of an issue that i’ve been facing for 4 days now, everytime while playing i get that error and the game close. Thats so sick and im leaving the game.......
