What happen after it ask to update the game is not responding after finished update. and i had tried to reinstall but i need to continue old account with Game center, But on switch account Game center button is not working( can not open Game center menu to switch my old account)

please help to fix that.
How can i switch my old account while press Game center buttone not working.
