i recently purchased a STARLIGHT MEMBERSHIP. but other starlight skins i cant use. why?

Hi RNAGM,
Purchasing a starlight member, doesn't mean that you will be able to use all starlight skin. You will get only one permanent skin for the month you bought.( For this month - argus skin). However,You will be able to use 6 more heroes in ranked/clasic. Not skins. Hope this clear your doubt.

It is due to delay in update process by ios, since game center is dependent on ios. Plz wait for a fix. Also for more help ,contact CS in-game.
