Blackscreen then exit game

while playing Rank Game, the screen sudden blackscreen then exit the game ... 2 times in 1 game. so i lose the game. i thought its my cellphone's problem but my friend also experience it. please check and if possible bring my star back coz its hard to win game in epic tier.

Have you both tried reinstalling the game? Try it and see if it helps. Also, when playing MLBB, please make sure that you don't have background apps running as excessive RAM usage is a factor for having blackscreens/crashes when playing MLBB. Be sure that only MLBB is running.

i already tried reinstalling the game. after reinstalling the game, i played again and it happened again while still in picking hero. another lose star. fuck this...
