Sorry for the inconvenience. Do you team with players from another server or location? Cross server maybe the cause. Does it happen for every game you play? Also try out the basic troubleshooting steps: https://forum.mobilelegends.com/ ... &extra=page%3D1

If it is a server problem we will fix it asap. If it still persists you need to contact Customer service in-game, they will be able to help you out.

First of all do you really expect to get good ping in advance servers? Advance servers are limited so you will have wait until they add more servers.
