Reconnecting server hang

Hi, today I was in a ranked game, then suddenly I got disconnected to the server, I couldn’t reconnect at all for a few minutes. When I restarted the game, it shows me ‘Game Loading’ but nothing else. Only after a while then I could load the game but I got penalized for AFK and lost a star for nothing. Please look into this. Using an iPhone 7.

Hello, make sure that you have a stable and good connection whilst playing the game not just a good connection.

Hi there, this might happen because
1. You've been playing for the last 2 hours, may cause phone to overheat causing the game to have error notif
2. Your ingame ping is red in the screenshot, might from your network suddenly to drop / unstable for a moment
3. Server

And if it happens again you'll have to contact to the Customer Service via ingame so they can help you as they will assist with your server issue .
