Try to report the person (though it doesn't really guarantee to do anything), also you can mute them in-game.

Hello, the best thing you can do is to report these players making them receive more reports will likely make them have heavier punishments. I know, the report system should be buffed, and I think they're working at it, so let's wait for future updates.

i laugh a lot when as a bilingual, i talk in engish-spanish in a single game, what it makes me laugh is. if i write in spanish they say '' fking mexican blah blah blah'' because mexico is the only counntry that '' soeak soanish'' lol. and if i write in english then people will say '' maldito gringo'' like fking white american. Just ignore them is say ok, that would make them more angry
