They already gave everyone a free card when new rule come out. If you already used that card, sorry but ypu will need to buy 1 new one

Yea he is right, help us make our nation our own not another. We are stuck in another country. We cannot change flag now. :'(

I never changed my flag but when i want to change it, it said i need to use 1k diamonds. How's that?

How long that you join the game? If you join before the change, it maybe a mistake, but if after, there is no free card
