Kafura can transport arund too fast. too op? Need nerf?

Keep away from her umbrella and you're pretty much safe from her.I know she is annoying as hell due to her constant pokes,but just get out of her sight until you sieze the opportunity to gank her or something.

Kagura skill is skill shot there's a chance you can dodge her skill. Reducing her damage will make her useless in early game.

Kagura is weak at late game. If kagura were nerfed, she will be weak EVERY games..

You should probably ask to buff your brain since eveything on this game is OP for you. People like you are the reasons why some heroes are being destroyed. Nerf this. Nerf that. Nerf everything.
