I download the App Mobile Legends in SouthEast Asia on my iPhone and on my iPad i downloaded when i reach home in USA. Reading and assuming by the problems we having is not the usa servers or network , it must be only affecting SouthEast Asia ??

Yup maybe, only asia servers have problem. Theres are tournament today MCL, maybe they do some update or something crashed.
