Blank map

Dear Mobile Legend,
I hane an issue about the game/ bug. I don't know if it's my device or the game that broken. when i'm in the room to choose a hero, everything just goes black and when the game started it's just the sound and a blank map. I hope to gen an answer about this issue because i have this issue after updating the game today.

Sorry for the inconvenience. Is it still happening for every game you play? Try clearing game cache, and restart phone and try again. Make sure you have finished download resources after the update. If it still persists, do send me your ID, server ID, game version, platform you are on. Or you can contact Customer service in-game, there is a "bug report" section. Thanks.
