I have both recent monthly starlight for alucard's skin but I have not received. Resolve this immediately orelse let me talk to the incharge directly

I have purchased the monthly starlight and I have not received the item yet. A sum of Rs. 800 was deducted from my account. Neither have I received any emails or message after the purchase. I have the money transfer reference no. and other bank details. Please resolve this issue immediately. I am loosing my patience.
Hi, i have encountered this issue before. Check your google play payment history, and see if the receipt for starlight is there or not. If not, your transaction has not been completed (which may occur due to network error) but the amount has been deducted from your balance. For this matter, your Bank will automatically refund your amount. So plz wait patiently.
