CRASH/ BUG. What is happening? I play mobile legends in bluestacks

I play moba since yesterday in bluestacks but now when i play in classic mode and when i'm waiting in the loading screen the game crash it go back to the moba menu then reconnect then repeat. But when i play in A.I Mode the game is not crashing. Not proceeding in the game

Make sure you have downloaded the resources first (the blue circle on your lower-right corner of your screen) to avoid problems like this.

Same problem here when i used bluestacks.. Is there any solution here?
