You can contact customer service for get the answer about this problem.
You can tap CS avatar account > account problem > Retrieve Lost Account > Switched to Another ML Account.
or you can send email to MobileLegendsGame@gmail.com and tell the problem.
please dont forget to give your IGN, ID + (server), Screenshoot about your problem.
