Logging into account with Moonton Account

When I try to attemp to log into my account, which is bound by my moonton account, it just loads indefinitely. It spins as if its trying to connect to moonton but cant. My friend is also having the same problem when trying to bind his account to moonton. Until this is fixed I cant log onto my account because its only bound to Moonton. I am on android and dont know my account or serverbid because I do not have access to my account to see.

Luckly I dont use that feature yet, this is quite fatal error that makes some player can't login to the game

Hello, at this moment, please refrain from binding/logging into Moonton. If you have the account bound into another account, use that other method atm. This has been reported, please wait for it to get fixed in future patches. If out of choices to get into the account you want to login into, please do the basic troubleshooting, try reinstalling/clearing the cache and see if that works. Also, kindly contact the customer service in-game regarding this problem as they'll be able to help you out with your concern as well. Do take note that it might take a while for them to reply and they might ask for more information. So, be patient. Thanks!

I tried it twice already and still can't login to my main account which is bound to moonton. Wasting lots of data for downloading the data/reinstalling mobile legends. So disappointing.

Is there any estimation on when it will be fixed? Because I can't reach the in game support if I can't go into the game.

same here , have been trying to play with my account that's bound to moonton account , but can't seem to log in. Please resolve this problem. because the only way i can play is from the moonton account! haven't bind it yet to another account. tried re-installing, cleared cache but still same result.

I'm not sure atm, though they are at it. So, be patient atm. Thanks!
