Recruiting for new squad

I'm starting a squad soon and I need to fill 8 member positions, the squad is open to anyone who has good team cooperation and skilled at communicating effectively with others. Good team players are always needed and appreciated. We will have lots of practice matches together to work on our teamwork and skill level of individual members. But that doesn't mean players with a low skill level will be accepted into the squad however I am willing to work with players of a lower level who want to improve(as I myself want to improve) and there's a likelihood those player can become a part of the second official squad I make.
Squad positions:
2 tanks - should own and be able to play more than 1 tank well e.g. Akai and hilda
1marksman - should be able to either play 2 or more marksman well or also play other roles well (support/assasin)
2  assassin  - must be versatile
1 mage - im a mage main so working well with me is important for this one
Requirements:
-must be rank master or above
-must have played 500matches or more
-must be willing to practice with team(also give idea for team strategy)
-must have discord(or get)
-must have or get KakaoTalk
- must be willing to work with others whether win or lose (no trash talk to members or other team)
-must be willing to do group activities outside of the game ( like other games )

Evaluation
Send an intro including the reason you want to join and what you can contribute to the squad and pics of your stats to this email scarletrosevb@gmail.com. Also include who you play and which position you want.

To be considered for the team you must play 6 games with me so I can evaluate your skill level and how we work together as a team get 3 or more MVPs during these games and your automatically in first(giving you meet the other requirements) for the position of your choice. However winning isn't the most important so a real show of effort and ability to play with others will also hold just as much standing with me :)
