Reconnecting when starting a game!?

Hello, I've been experiencing this issue today for like 3-4 times. When I start a game and waiting it would suddenly say "Reconnecting please contact......" Then the game lags and when I try to get out of the room it would not let me. When I try to start a new game theres a counter and I have to wait bscause I didn't press enter game. Why is this happening? I tried with speedtest a couple of times and my ping is between 13-15

Hi pleione,
Have you tried basic troubleshooting(link : Troubleshooting game lag ) like clearing cache, restarting? Try connecting to another ISP, and see if it still happens or not. Try turning on/off speed mode. Also tell us if it is only you ,or other players also experiencing this problem? Lastly, try reinstalling the game. If this doesnt solve, do contact Customer service in-game for further assistance.
