Loading screen bug/lag

After i update the newest update pack that moonton automaticly given.my smartphone screen go black . But its temporary,but i hope you fix it ,its very disturbing when you play 2 server because you have     to see the black screen.And pleasee give irithel a buff.many player dont want to use this character anymore because its very easy to defeat by many heroes like kagura,lancelot e

Hi alvin,
Does it happen everytime you play? Which device are you using, may be the problem lies with your device. Try some basic troubleshootings and see if it is good. Also, do report to customer service in-game, and fill up in the "bug report" section and share me your ID, Server no.  

Regarding the irithel, i think irithel is quite balanced and no needed buff. Some players suggest her buff too. She is very strong late game. I easily get triple kill/maniacs everytime i use her. Just feed her well.

If you have tried all the trouble shoot. You need to send email to mobilelegendsgame@gmail.com . Explain briefly with SS, provide your ID,server , platform . And wait for their reply patiently.
