Sometimes it might be because of a temporal network lag that happens even on high speed internet. Reinstall the app and try again.

i'm also having this problem stuck at 0% i tried to re-install the game and restart my phone it but its still not downloading :'(

same here i am tired of reinstalling app and still not downloading dynamic resources. it stucks at 1%.

i have some trick to make it updating wanna try?
so i was stuck at 2% before i accidently get a trick and its work out and smootly updating...
first open your mobile legend then click your picture and select at below click account..
then click bind account then click bind use VK account(just for trick not really bind it),
just let it load vk official website page,then go back and see if its work for u or not...
but for me its work.
sorry if i have wrong spellng or kind of it..

Update : Fixed. Solved it by downloading old version apk, installed it. and let it do the normal pro ...
