Make skins more valuable?

I feel like expensive skins like bane that costs 1200 diamonds could be more valuable and not be more expensive because their skills or skins look cooler, expensive skins could have higher attribute boosts then skins that cost less with bane (dracula) having like + 20 physical attacks or + 200 health.

I think skins being more valuable just because they look looker is ya know, not really inspiring to buy since all skins have the same atribute boost,
even the legend skins to spend like $200 dollers to get 1 in the magic wheel.

or the skin could give split the attribute boosts to a few of their teamates.

Sorry. But any cosmetic skin that would boost game stats is really a no no. Look at EA. They're getting a lot of flak because of that. This game will turn pay2win once you can buy stats. So no offense but this idea has not been thought of carefully.
