The customer service can be located in the menu when you first open the game. It is located in the top left corner near your profile information. It is a blue logo of a person's head using a headphones with built in mic.
For issues like this, please contact customer service in-game. They'll be able to help you out with your concern as long as you'll be able to provide all the necessary information they need. (CS button) beside your level bar. Or, you can send email to MobileLegendsGame@gmail.com But, please to not make multiple report or sent more than one email, or your queue will be repeating. Please wait about 3-9 days for CS reply after you send a report or mail.
