Which device are you using to play this game? Maybe the problem lies with your device. Clear cache and clear background apps to free as much ram as you can, before playing. Do contact customer service in-game, if it does not solve.

App crash most of the time due to app not support by the device. Requirement of this game has been increased in the previous patch, but the requirement detail in the Google App Store not update.

Same,My Devices Is Samsung S4,After Update Hero Zhask,Always Crash In Mid Game,Already Set Low Graphic But Still FC. Hope Dev Fix It In 12 Dec.

Do contact to customer service in-game, for further assistance. Seems like some old devices/low ram devices are getting incompatible with the last update.

xiaomi mi4c user here. im experiencing the same thing. now it crashes whenever it loads up to 70%. my credit score has already fallen below 90. so unfair.
