They reduced the ability power of her 1st skill from 150% to 130% (which is quite a lot) and slightly increased the damage of her ultimate by about 20 for each level. She is not 'OP' as many of you people like to use that term loosely. She's banned in ranked games because of her new ultimate which is a crowd control ability which during the team fights is one that can help the team push forward more.
Those who claim to be 'kagura mains' and say that she is 'OP', obviously you are the ones who join the kagura main team after she got reworked.
Her 1st skill is literally her only skill that is of most use to her, without her umbrella, she is nothing and can be as easily killed as like any other mages. Thus, by reducing the power of her 1st skill, its already a nerf.
As they are pushing Kagura to become a CC mage (unlike her pre-rework), by buffing her ultimate, it will make her more useful during teamfights.
Some of you guys in the thread complain that she has high mobility and is hard to kill. Uh.. so is the hero suppose to be easy for you to kill in order for you to be happy?? So do you mean that the hero should not be able to escape from your attacks and should allow you to easily deal damage? What childish mindset you have. Her 2nd skill is similar to that of Harley's but yet I don't see anyone complaining about Harley's mobility. Wake up and learn to counter, watch how pro player counter her easily in high elo games.
You guys complain that she has slow and stun but these are what she had since her pre-rework until now but yet its only now that you guys get unhappy over a hero.
If you see her in the list, you pick a hero that can easily counter her ultimate, i.e. Diggie with his CC immunity skills, Hylos with his ultimate to slow her down and allow his teammates to catch up to her. Yet none of you guys are willing to use those support heroes.
Most of you guys are selfish, you guys just want a hero to be nerfed to the state of Fanny/Alpha instead of learning to adjust your playstyle. Most of the time, the reason why Kagura excels in the early half of the game is because literally all mages have the upper hand in the early game. if you are a markmen/fighter/tank and you try to push again any mages without any sort of proper build in the early half of the game, I'm sorry to say you will definitely lose. So don't blame the kagura user or kagura itself.
Watch how pro players of Moskov/Freya/Zilong and many more counter kagura in high elo games, you can find the videos on Youtube under 'Mobile Moba'. They usually wait until she is without her umbrella and then jump in to kill her within 10s. Maybe you 'i want a nerf' players can learn something and finally wake up.
