New update error

Hello,

I don’t know if its just me, but i cannot update the game. When I check the app store the button indicates open not update. i guess this was updated automatically but i dont get why its not loading or even opening, cant play the game for 2 days now..

Hello, have you tried refreshing your appstore and see if there'll be an update? You should have the update by now. If not, try reinstalling/clearing cache but be sure that your account is bound before you do such actions. Try restarting your phone first and re-check if there'll be an update.

Which platform are you on? Have you tried clearing cache and restarting? If not work, try reinstalling the game. If this doesn't solve , you need to contact customer service via email : mobilelegendsgame@gmail.com , xplain what happened and provide all required details and wait for their reply.
