I have a problem when a want to login game, after reading moonton is always stuck and black screen, i have been waiting a long time and uninstall, but it alwasy not responding. Please give me suggestion for this bug. Thanks

Can i ask the specs of your mobile phone like Memory,Android or Ios version and RAM??? ...
I also face that kind of problem.. I really want to play it again.. But sometimes I can enter the game and the helcurt face is on my loading but most of time whenever I open the game, it just stuck on blank page.. My phone is xiaomi redmi note 3 pro.. Please help us.. I have clear the cache and load again the new part helcurt update patch but after "please restart the game" it becomes blank again..
